Conference: Iaponica Brunensia 2025

On September 12–13, the 6th edition of the international Japanology conference Iaponica Brunensia will take place under the subtitle Japan Visible – Japan Invisible.

Thanks to the support of The Japan Foundation, this year we will welcome two keynote speakers: Yoshiyuki Asahi (NINJAL) and Oleg Benesch (University of York).

The conference will feature contributions from various fields of Japanese studies, including linguistics, history, literature, and more. The program and further details can be found on the conference website here.

The conference is open to all interested participants, and everyone is warmly invited to attend.
